Xfinity Prepaid Gift Card

This is has to be the worst customer service I ever had in my life, we are promised to get $200 prepaid gift card after switching from T-Mobile to Xfinity mobile, At first, the activation setup was absolute mess and contact one of the agent, they like "we will get this fixed overnight", next day, it wasn't even fixed properly until we call another agent to help us, that is resolved, then we asked, when we are expecting to receive prepaid gift card, they response we should received it around 16-18 weeks. Weeks later, we received our first bill, prices is extremely high, and we promised the price was cheaper. Everytime we talk many different agents and they said different things. 3 months later, we called them again, this time, they replied in different responses, they told me to upload the document should be in 30 days timeframe, and no one told me about it. They told me I'm not eligible to get the prepaid gift card because it been more than a month. This company should be ashamed to themselves, they hire untrained professional to replied different responses, and very dishonest to their own customer and lacking customer service...

If someone plan to switch Xfinity mobile, think about it, do not switch over to xfinity mobile, you're dealing a trouble with this company, customer service are bunch of liars and could waste your time. Please do not switch over to Xfinity mobile! or you gonna regret it.
