Xfinity Porting Department
I’ve had Comcast for number of years without issue.
Earlier this month I requested to transfer my number from Ooma to Xfinity mobile.
This request is reaching to 14 days , every time I call I have to repeat the situation over. It’s like they pretend to “create tickets” or “document the call”.
my number is still not ported and they refuse to escalate my call since that team is “unreachable” via phone and only xfinity rep can chat with them.
