xfinity poor service coverage

why did u guys lie? I can not even use google map when I leave my house.

The Xfinity representatives always make unreal promises or tell wrong information to mislead customers. The worst customer service that I have ever had!

This service [Edited: "Language"] so bad , spotty connection a lot of buffering for the money I pay I'm definitely not getting what I pay for. When you call to get help you have to go through a automated service that wants you to shut down your modem and wait for them to send you a message its really annoying I would not recommend xfinity I'm waiting to end this contract and I will be going elsewhere
