Xfinity Please Stop Wasting My Time and Money.

I’ve gone through enough of these games xfinity this right here and is a joke. This is for an iphone 8plus why is my bill even close to that high for my grandmother. Should be no more than $15 a month right because we have home internet right? Xfinity has all these hotspots right? Oh but i might as well get unlimited but why?? Yeah I might as well just bring her to Verizon with me. I want these credits refunded asap im tired of playing around and wasting time if which xfinity claims to care about and value but doesn’t show it in any shape form or fashion.

Oh and i love the pretending to be disconnected just they don’t have to help me….very great customer service!

@user_71gi8e  Let us look into this for you, Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
