I have been running around constantly since October 1st when I just wanted my phone number ported. I was told that it could be done if I signed up for another line and paid $50. I called for assistance, but the representatives were unable to assist me. I have not received any credit back and no one has helped me with changing my number or dealing with my credit. My line has been shut off and I never received my money back. Using it for credit on my account would be acceptable. While on chat, they shuffle me around to different people or hang up. They sent me to people without any idea of what to do or what they're doing. I am completely shocked and I want to exit this service and obtain my money back, which I am entitled to. I didn't ask for a second line to be set up. According to him, merging my numbers with two lines would allow him to port my number. I am currently paying for both lines and one was shut off.
