Xfinity not taking accountability
I signed up for a plan back in December of 2025, and the only reason why I got the plan was because it told me I would be allowed to upgrade my phone twice yearly after two billing cycles. Also, my contract states it’s for 24 months. but now I’ve been told that that was a mistake that I’m under a 36-month contract, even though I have the 24-month contract in my email. I was told because I did it online and not with the real person that there’s nothing they can do about me having the wrong contract. But every time I call Xfinity, I am speaking to an AI robot, so if you have them handling your business, you need to be accountable. If you gave me a 24- month contract, you should honor that contract, not switch it to 36 months, and say, oh well, we can just credit you for a month of service and think everything is OK. It’s not. I have been with Xfinity Internet for a very long time, but this Mobile service contract really [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"].
