Xfinity Mobile

I have been with Xfinity for over 12 years we have never had a problem. Someone hacked my account and ordered iPhone 16 pros I don't know how Xfinity allowed that to happen first of all because they did it over the phone. Second of all I got on Xfinity internet it's essentials due to the fact that I am low income. I would not just make a $500 to a $800 a month cell phone bill I do not have that kind of money. I literally help them try to figure out who this was they have to account changed our email changed our primary phone so when emails or text messages were sent we never got them we could not even pay our bill because we had to give them the last four of the debit card it was paid with and obviously it was none of mine and it was none of my partners so that was ridiculous just trying to get back into our account we had to go in and show driver's license we got our account back only to have it again changed the email and the phone number It was again and again it's happened every month since April and Xfinity seems completely helpless not only to stop this but also completely helpless to restore our account and get this nonsense off of our account so we could go back to paying our regular bill sadly I'm going to have to go to somewhere else because again this month my phone is off 4 months in a row because they want the $500 minimum 800 paid in full monthly bill for all these iPhones which we do not have.
