Xfinity mobile

I was a customer of xfinity mobile for a few years and on Nov 12, 2023 I decided to move my service to another service, I ported my phone numbers out and paid my Nov bill, now somehow I have been charge almost $200 for services that I do not even have, forget about customer service, I work in customer service and I can tell you that I got none trying to deal with this. I was able to confirm with a rep that somehow I am showing as having 4 lines and I have never had 4 lines, there is only me and my husband and we both have only had 1 line each. After being on the line for an hour he advised me that he was transferring me over to the fraud dept. Then after another 20 minutes on hold I got another rep who had absolutely no clue as to what was going on, and was trying to get me transferred right back to customer care, at this time I asked for a supervisor, after another couple minutes hold I was told that they were to busy speaking with other customers, I advised I would hold and then was placed on hold again, which in that case I said I would then after another 10 minutes or so I was advised again about how again all supervisors were speaking with the other customers and was guaranteed that I would be called back by a supervisor, and now after an hour and 40 minute call I am still no further with getting my money back, and I want my bank card taken off your account for mobile service period.........
