xfinity mobile
I decided to make a switch to xfinity mobile for its affordable rate. So I checked its coverage in my area. https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/learn/network-coverage shows 5G coverage in my zip code. I bought a phone and activated the service. In the first week I noticed that the coverage wasnt good. The call would disconnect and instead of network bars, "SOS" would pop up. It got super annoying so I decided to contact the customer service. Did some troubleshooting, all in vain. Now I want to leave xfinity but doing so would terminate the promotion credits I get and so my only option is to pay full price or continue the service with horrible coverage. Feels like promotion offer is just a bait to scam people. Falsely claiming there is coverage in areas where there isnt. Is there anything I could do to leave xfinity and end up getting the promotion offer?
