Xfinity Mobile voicemail issue

For the past week, audio playback for all new incoming voicemail messages is disabled. I can still play audio for older messages, it's only very recent messages where audio is now unavailable (grayed out). I'm on an LG K30 which I purchased new from Xfinity Mobile about 5 years ago. Would appreciate information and/or ideas on how to get this fixed. Thanks!
