Xfinity Mobile Visa Gift Card Expired

I was issued a $400 Visa Gift Card when is signed up for Xfinity Mobile, but not only did it take months to arrive, it also said "Card number doesn't match our records" when I attempted to activate it 3 different times, over a couple weeks time.

I tried resolving the issue with a live customer agent and was told that I could apply it to my account and would see it reflected on my statement withing the next couple cycles.

I held onto the card to confirm that the credit actually processed, but forgot about it until came across the card recently and went back through my statements and confirmed that there was never a credit issued for this and the card is now expired, but never used.

Can I get help resolving this?

Good afternoon, @user_40b64e. Thank you for reaching out about the gift card being expired. We can put in a ticket to have a new card issued to you. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
