Xfinity Mobile Verification
I see on here others have struggled with the Xfinity Mobile Verification line and basically being told they don’t exist in the system because security questions don’t populate for them to verify themselves… I’ve reached out to the credit bureaus and reviewed my credit reports and there are absolutely no issues, so it’s most definitely a problem on Xfinity’s end. I’ve went into stores twice and called and worked with multiple employees and not one has been able to do anything. Any resolutions for anyone for this?? Anyone I can speak to that can actually help?? This is my last ditch effort before I cancel my plan and head elsewhere to get new phones. I’ve never in my life been trying to make a purchase with a company and quite literally be told no.
