Xfinity Mobile, Unprofessional customer service, complaints reporting
So, the executive resolution person lied and closed the FCC case. But I have a new case number started and I have also submitted a complaint to the State because something has to be done! Everyone can’t have the e same issues and Xfinity does nothing to help get them resolved! They constantly lie and fraudulently find ways to hinder customers from moving away from their services! I will be filing a different complaint with the federal government because they provide funds to Xfinity and they should be aware of what’s going on! I will reach out the BBB as well. Whatever it takes to expose this company and the things they do between the lies, unexplained billing, locking of cell phones, high stream internet issues needs to be exposed. I am also going to ask a few attorney’s about class action lawsuits.
