Xfinity Mobile Trade In

Hello, I wasn't able to send in my trade in device due to moving jobs and other things going on and missed the deadline. I wanted to see what i can do in order to send in that device so I don't get charged more.

Thank you very much for reaching out here about your Mobile trade in question. If you have the shipping label printed you can send that device in at anytime. 

If you can’t find the email from when you accepted the trade-in offer, you can get your receipt and shipping label from your Xfinity Mobile account.

  1. Sign in and go to Devices.
  2. Find the device with a pending trade in.
  3. Click Trade in Details.
  4. Select Print Shipping Label

    You can also take your trade in device to any Xfinity Retail Store to finish the trade in.

    You do not need to package your device — the Xfinity Retail Store will take care of everything.
