Xfinity mobile switch scam

On August 2nd we switched 4 lines from AT&T. We did this because the offer was we were to receive $500 per line to pay off remaking phone bslance. All we had to do was upload our last ATT bill and follow the instructions. We submitted that info on August 7th but never recieved our incentive number we called on the 12th and were told it could take up to 15 business days so we waited. I have talked many times with Xfinity, Xfinity incentive. I have two ECM tickets, and I resubmitted my bill as directed but I still don’t have the gift cards. I had to pay ATT out of pocket. This is a scam and I can’t believe that this once trusted American company would use these tactics on its customers. I will be contacting my state attorney.

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry that you did not receive the up to $500 per line gift card you were expecting. I would be happy to take a look at the tickets and provide updates @user_nt45h9
