Xfinity Mobile Rep sent my phone to my abusive ex boyfriend's address
Xfinity Mobile Rep sent my phone to my abusive ex boyfriend's address despite being provided my address and they won't do anything about it. I gave them my address several times throughout the call. I was eventually informed they sent it to the wrong address because it was the 'default' address on file despite me calling them and being told it was updated to reflect my current address.
What do I do? Should I get a lawyer? They're refusing to re-route or cancel the package and they have been transferring me over and over again. This has gotten nowhere.
