Xfinity Mobile question
I am seriously considering switching internet providers because my Xfinity internet keeps dropping out several times per day. This has happened many times over the years. Each time they send a technician out, they say everything looks good and nothing they can do. They leave. Then later that day or the next day, it’s dropping again. I know that my Xfinity Mobile plan will go up at least $25. What if I’m still a couple of months away from paying off my phone with Xfinity Mobile? Do my same device payments continue? Or do they go up too?

Hello @g_gibson2503 I'm sorry to hear the internet issues have continued for so long. We'd be happy to help figure out what might be causing that and get it addressed.
As for mobile, if you do cancel internet then nothing changes with the plan or device payments. The $25 line access fee per line is the only thing that gets added. But you would have the option to either continue the plan as is or pay off the device.
The only other thing that can change is if you had a free line promo or other promotions that require keeping the internet. If you have anything like that on the plan those discounts would roll off.
