Xfinity Mobile Question

Hello, I would like to ask for a breakdown of my August mobile bill as the function on the app and website has been down and I have not been able to see it. I also wanted to ask about a 100$ credit I was supposed to receive after three months with Xfinity mobile as part of a promotion. It has been a year and I have jot received this credit. Thank you and please let me know if there is anything I can do on my part to help in this!

Thanks for reaching out to us,  I know how important it is to be able to see your billing via our awesome Xfinity app. I use the Xfinity app to view my mobile bill all the time under the statement history.

 

Let's take a deeper look into your account to look for the promotional credit you were supposed to receive and get you updated on your billing information, go ahead and send me a direct message

 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
