xfinity Mobile Pricing Plans

I have been looking for your various pricing options for xfinity Mobile. I have clicked on every possible link that has pricing or plans mentioned. None of them actually take me to anything close to showing various pricing options. Would you please provide a link, PDF or anything that shows your now current mobile pricing.

Thanks in advance for the assistance!

Greetings, @BrotherHawk. I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about our mobile pricing. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

I think the best way to look at our different data plans is by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/addon/addline, but you can also get some great information using the savings calculator here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/mobile/plan/savings-calculator.

There are basically three options for data. We have By The Gig at $20.00 for each gig of data used in your billing cycle. This works well if you are mostly on Wi-Fi, which is easy to do using our network of millions of Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots if you are in a populated enough area.

If you use more than 1 or 2 gigs of data each month, we have two different Unlimited Data options available:

Unlimited is $40.00 per month for one line, and gives you 30 GB of high-speed 5G data. If you use all 30 GB, you will still have unlimited data, it will just be slower than 5G. I've been on this plan for years, and I usually go over my 30 GB by the end of week 3. Once it slows down, I can still stream Netflix and YouTube without any issues, but it does take a little longer to ramp up sometimes.

Premium Unlimited is $50.00 per month for one line, and gives you 100 GB of high-speed 5G Data. There are some other benefits of Premium, like access to special trade-in promotions, and automatic 4K streaming, but the 100 GB of high-speed data is nice to have if you are on the road a lot.

Additional lines of Unlimited are $-20.00 less ($20 for standard Unlimited, $30 for Premium). As far as device pricing is concerned, that can vary quite a bit, but you can usually find the most accurate details on each device page. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any specific questions.

@XfinityJamesC  how come by the gig isn’t an option for all customers? I’ve been paying for unlimited data on a line that has never used over 1 gig, customer support is clueless and say by the gig isn’t available.

@user_l16tzt By the Gig option is available but it can only be applied to accounts through sales and support channels. At this time currently, customers do not have the option to enroll in that data plan through the Xfinity Mobile or Xfinity apps. Our team would be able to assist you getting that plan enabled. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
