Xfinity Mobile Overcharging – Misleading International Coverage Information!
I want to share my frustrating experience with Xfinity Mobile in the hopes of warning others and seeking a resolution. Before traveling abroad, I confirmed with Xfinity that I would be charged $10 per day for unlimited data, calls, and texts, with global coverage included and activated. I was assured that my destination was covered.
However, upon my return, I was hit with an outrageous bill of $5,700 for data usage! Xfinity is now claiming that the country I visited was not covered, completely contradicting the information I was given before my trip. I have contacted customer service multiple times, spoken with an agent in-store, and even escalated the issue to a supervisor, yet no one has been able to resolve this.
This entire ordeal has caused me extreme stress and anxiety. It’s unacceptable for a company to mislead customers and then refuse to take responsibility. I am demanding that Xfinity correct this mistake and remove the unjust charges from my account.
If this is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection agencies and explore legal options. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Any advice on how to get this resolved?
