XFinity Mobile Overcharge while traveling outside US

Good evening,

I'm currently traveling overseas and the good news is my phone is working just fine, as I'd requested - I can still make & receive calls from the US.
The bad news is that I'm being overcharged.
Since I had requested only calls/texts, I should be paying an extra of only $0.15/min or text for US calls/texts.
However, I just noticed I'm also being charged an extra $45.00 for an unlimited data plan - which I did not use or even request.
Could you please advise, as the virtual chat has very limited options and either puts you on an infinite loop or doesn't solve your problem.
