Xfinity Mobile - Outrageous Charges for Overseas Travel

Before I left for a trip in May, I contacted Xfinity to find a cost-effective plan for 18 days abroad. A representative informed me that I did not need the Global Travel Pass because my existing plan covered talk and text in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Following their specific instructions, I turned off cellular data and relied solely on Wi-Fi. While calls and texts reflect a $0 charge, I have been hit with a massive fee that the bill does not clearly explain.

I feel I was misled by the representative; I never would have deactivated the Global Travel Pass if I had known it would result in these charges.  Please note I had the Global Travel Pass on prior to this call and turned it off based on what the representative told me.  In addition, I asked about upgrading my plan, which I was also informed I did not need to do.

I have attempted to resolve this by asking Xfinity to apply the Global Travel Pass retroactively, but they refused. After a promised supervisor callback never happened and my initial ticket was closed, I finally reached a supervisor who also claimed the charges are valid. I feel I was duped into this situation and would appreciate any help you can provide.
