xfinity mobile one year free
I was offered a one year free unlimited phone line when signing up for xfinity service. I then started to get charged monthly and have spent hours on the phone trying to get a credit back for the charges. A ticket was opened and I was told it would take 60days to get refunded. I called back 60 days later and was given the run around again saying they could just give me a 40.00 credit. The agent just reads from a teleprompter. It is a complete SCAM!!! Please be aware when signing up for these services.

I have spent many hours on the phone with Xfinity. Just asked to speak with a Supervisor only to get disconnected.

We are happy to look further into this with you and will get to the bottom of why that is not applying. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
