Xfinity mobile offers features but doesn't honor them

My household has an Xfinity family plan where we share 10GB of data/month. We have been customers for many years. We all received an sms from Xfinity Mobile at the end of June, through the usual number they send messages from, stating the shared data amount was being increased to 20GB/month. We are now finding out that they are not honoring this offer ??? Please explain why and if this is indeed the case, don't send me any further messages since Xfinity Mobile is clearly not trustworthy

Can you send me a direct message to take a further look into this for you? Include your full name and complete service address as well.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
