Xfinity mobile not honoring contract

Xfinity Mobile offered a complimentary cell phone line with a trade-in, charging only $25 per month. They provided a USPS return label for our iPhone, which we promptly returned. As per our agreement, we were entitled to the promotion.
However, every month since June, we were billed $47 per month via automatic payment, not the agreed-upon $25. Upon contacting Xfinity Mobile, they assured us that their warehouse had received our traded-in iPhone and that the credit would be applied. Despite several months of waiting for the promised credit, we were informed that the trade-in phone had not been received.
It was later revealed that the phone we sent back had been lost in transit. To obtain the tracking information, I had to incur additional expenses.
I terminated the automatic payment and requested the credit to be applied to my account. Unfortunately, Xfinity Mobile has been unable to resolve these issues. They have provided various explanations for the discrepancies. We are now attempting to transfer our number to a different carrier, but Xfinity Mobile has refused to unlock the phone, citing an outstanding debt for the phone.
This situation is perplexing, as we had fulfilled our obligations by sending the phone with the provided return label. Xfinity Mobile lacks dedicated resolution teams and appears to engage in deceptive practices to extract additional revenue from its customers.
We did attempt to go in store for resolution, but the in-store representative told us directly that we will not be receiving any money back and that no one will be resolving our issue.
I have now filed a formal complaint with the FCC
