Xfinity Mobile network down?
I have an S21 and have only been able to receive phone calls the last 2 days. I cannot make outgoing calls, send or receive texts, and the mobile data is not working. I spoke to a representative yesterday who said it should be back up and working by last night, unfortunately that did not happen. I have done all of the troubleshooting I could on my own with no results. Is anyone else experiencing an outage with Verizon/Xfinity right now?

I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having. This has also happened to me on my iPhone. Normally a reboot of my phone helps with resolving the issue. Have you completed this step?

Yes. As I mentioned I have done a fair amount of troubleshooting which includes multiple reboots with no luck

Verizon has begun shutting down its 3G towers/transmitters and depending on where you are you may need HD voice enabled on your device. I noticed today that I can no longer choose between 3G and LTE in my iPhone data settings.
HD Voice is a suite of services enabled by VoLTE (Voice over LTE) technology. VoLTE delivers voice calls over the 4G LTE network instead of the traditional voice network, providing clearer, more natural sounding audio when both parties are using HD Voice-enabled phones that are connected to our 4G LTE network.
If you only had 3G (or early 4G) service you may be out of luck.
For the rest of us, 3G had been a problem as it didn’t handoff properly to LTE towers, nor did it allow us to use voice and data simultaneously which meant that calls could be sent to voicemail.

Been trying to buy a iPhone 13 Pro for a month now, through Xfinity Mobile. Site down, again. What gives.
