Xfinity mobile is a joke. There is no 5G

​I recently switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity mobile and it is the worst decision I've made. I tested my 5G speeds before I switched to see the difference between them and "Verizon". It is the worst network I've ever had. My speeds in TMobile was 112 Mbps now my average is 4 Mbps with Xfinity. If it decides to kick on 5G then I'll get 27 Mbps. I'm so frustrated that I can't believe I left a good plan just to bundle my internet and phone service. I've been with the company less then a day and I need to get out of this. Currently I'm still on hold as they try to figure out my 5G. They say I'm in the 5G coverage zone and everything is working and I have a brand new Samsung. The coverage has to be a lie and I am demanding they fix this since I can't go back to the deal I had with TMobile. I would advice any to stay away, far away. ​

Update- I ended up being on the phone for an hour and a half and my issue is still unresolved.
