Xfinity Mobile iPhone prompts for password on secure Xfinity hotspots

Hi there,

I am an Xfinity Mobile customer with an iPhone 14 and latest software installed. Bought through Xfinity Mobile. My phone no longer automatically connects to the secured Xfinity hotspots and prompts for a password majority of the time I select it. The username is “anonymous@xfinitymobile” or something like and that seems correct. It seems like my phone no longer keeps the password for the secured network. When I enter a dummy password, it joins.

What options are available to have my phone  automatically connect to the secure hotspots? Is there a SIM update that needs to be pushed?

Note: the toggle to automatically join the network and login is selected.

@user_f02d60 I understand that and I have done that. However, every single time I connect to the network? No, I shouldn’t have to. I shouldn’t have to “look” for the secure Xfinity network and click to connect. It should do it automatically.
