Xfinity Mobile iPhone 6s Compatibility

Hello. I have an iPhone 6s that keeps saying incompatible. I am able to use xfinity mobile services with an existing sim card. Everything works (voicemail, phone calls, LTE data), but I cannot create a new line with this device? What can I do?

Thank you for reaching out! While your phone may function with an Xfinity Mobile SIM you cannot activate a new line with a model of phone not on our supported device list. In order to add a new line you will have to buy a compatible phone.
