xfinity mobile incentive
My husband I switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile in late November 2025. The salesperson told us we would receive $500 per line for switching from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. Now, we are being told that is untrue and we MAY be eligible for a $200 VISA card per line but not the $500 we were promised at the time of the sale. Sounds like false advertisement to me. I would not have switched from Verizon had I known Xfinity used such tactics. I am reading on-line that this is common practice for Xfinity. I am very disappointed as I have been using Xfinity cable internet for 15 years. I have called Xfinity 6 times about this situation, and I am told to call a different number only to be referred back to customer service. It's a vicious circle of customer avoidance. Very poor customer service. I will stay with Xfinity until I am able to make a switch to a new mobile and ISP. Be ware new customers.
