Xfinity mobile incentive

I have completed all steps for the incentive prepaid card but have not received my card yet. I got checked the incentive xfinity mobile site and it says Qualified.

@user_b826a8 Thanks for reaching out to us, incentives can take up to 3 months to be sent out once you have established services. Has it been longer than that since you signed up for the promotion with the incentive?

@user_b826a8 We appreciate the update, if you use the Xfinity Incentive Tracker does that show that the prepaid card is on its way? You can find the tracker by following this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/reward-center-program

Standard terms on promotions: Prepaid card mailed to Xfinity account holder within 16-18 weeks of activation of all required services and expires in 180 days.
