Hello @Booboo1160! Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to bring this to our attention. I'd be happy to help by checking on the status of your gift card. Can you send a direct message with your first and last name and service address? To send a direct message click the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.

i brought my own device november 2022 and was promised a $100 gift card. i call xfinity in january 2023 and am told i meet the requirements but it hasnt shipped. it will ship after 01/21/2023. i call february 2023 and am told i meet all the requirements and it hasnt shipped. both times i was given a disconnected numnber to a "team that handles this, its out of our hands." [Edited: "Personal Information"] is the number i was given on both occasions.
