Xfinity Mobile Fraudulent Billing

How can I stop Xfinity Mobile from repeatedly billing me for service I have never had? Tried the phone and chatbot. All have assured me that the error was corrected. Been at this for several months.

I am assuming you are meaning you are charged for things in your existing account that you did not order yourself If so I am in the same boat. I work in IT and I feel like there just needs to be someone that looks at these cases that has the correct permissions to do what needs to be done but there is no way to contact said person through regular phone numbers or chat.
