Xfinity Mobile escalation — unresolved credit limit review and discount request
I need assistance from the Xfinity Support team with an unresolved Xfinity Mobile escalation.
I was previously told by an Xfinity representative, Rohit, that my Device Payment Plan/credit limit increase request had been submitted for a 14-business-day review and that the review period would end on Monday. That deadline passed without any update.
Since then, I have received conflicting information from different representatives. I have repeatedly requested a supervisor. In a previous chat, the representative left while I was waiting to be transferred to a supervisor. Tonight, I was transferred again and remained first in line for a supervisor for approximately 48 minutes without anyone connecting.
I am not asking for someone to manually increase my credit limit. I am asking Xfinity to locate and review the existing request, tell me whether it is approved, denied, pending, or closed, and explain what happened to the promised 14-business-day review.
I also have an unresolved discount request associated with the same case.
Please have an Xfinity Support representative contact me by private message so I can provide the reference number and supporting chat documentation privately.
