Xfinity Mobile does not support BYOD Pixel 7 eSIM

The support representative told me Pixel 7 or 7 Pro eSIM was not supported as of 10/26/22, 3 weeks after Pixel 7 launched and started to delivery. Apple 14 is so popular that Xfinity supports eSIM for iPhone on day one, but Pixel or Samsung are not lucky.

But Xfinity Mobile does support physical SIM for Pixel 7, right?  Just curious.

Yes, what is happening here? It should not matter what phone you have if you have a SIM or eSIM the process should be the same.

@XfinityLinda​ Assistant yeah OK. I ask it if I can use an esim in a Pixel 7 pro. It tells me how fast my internet speed is LOL. It is a simple question do your esims work on a Pixel 7 pro cellphone or for that matter any Pixel phone.
