xfinity mobile disconnected my phone number of 20+ years

xfinity mobile disconnected my phone number of 20+ years as of yesterday and are claiming it was disconnected a year ago and wont recover it

I moved from NOW mobile back to xfinity mobile so I could give them even more business by increasing my bill and buying a new phone, they disconnected my lifetime phone number and wont recover it. I've spent over 6-7 hours on this with chats and phone lines and even the store yesterday with no resolution. I need this fixed asap
