Xfinity Mobile Device cannot be activated

Hi there,

I purchased a brand new device from Xfinity mobile and it has failed to activate - calling the line / chatting agents etc. for more than 5 days now and every single one has not helped me at all resolve the issue. the advanced team said it would be within 72 hrs and it's past 72 hours. Can anyone please assist me?
