Xfinity Mobile Delivery Address Change
Xfinity is a good mobile service provider with max 10 lines. The big problem is that xfinity mobile delivery address is always using internet service address to avoid fraud measurement. Xfinity is overdone here since Xfinity asked DOB and SSN for any device purchase, and it can have second authorization check through text message with the mobile phone device which is used by a lot of high tech companies and financial institutions. I don't know why xfinity mobile didn't use the mobile phone text message to verify the purchase. Xfinity cannot expect all line owners will live in one house with the same address under xfinity account. Kids grew up and moved to other states, but still keep the numbers under the same xfinity account. To upgrade the phone through xfinity, there is no way for kids to receive it directly. Current policy will ship the phone to our address, then we will spend another $30+ bucks to ship to kids address. From the order to activation, there is only 14 days. It wasted money and caused hassle. May xfinity mobile provide delivery address change service without changing service address?

Hello, @address_change! Thanks for reaching out to our Community Forums to let us know about your situation. We appreciate your feedback on this matter. I know how frustrating this must be, especially if family members are not living under the same roof. And we welcome any recommendations that can help improve our customer's experience. Have you tried reaching out to our Xfinity Mobile team to check if the devices can be mailed out to a different address? We have very limited access here. But you can reach our awesome team by any of these methods:
- SMS Text Message: 1 (888) 936-4968
- Phone: 1 (888) 936-4968
- Chat
I'm confident that the experts on our Mobile team will be more than happy to assist you with this. Please let me know if there's anything else we can help with today.

This happened to me!!! I was very clear and verified with my representative MULTIPLE times that the package was going to a FedEx hub near my location where I need the phone, not the registered service address. She reassured me each time. Come to find out, now the package is getting delivered to the service address... IN ANOTHER STATE!!! I called to get it rectified and was treated very rudely with no help WHATSOEVER. I couldn't even get it shipped to my local Xfinity store. I am so beyond pissed and frustrated with Xfinity. Their service SUCKS and now so does their customer service. Incredibly disappointed. People have different circumstances, like you stated. They need to be a bit more accommodating to their customers. I understand fraud, but there has to be another way. I literally ordered it with the current number and phone on THEIR network, doesn't that count for something?! I am starting to feel it is not worth this hassle and TERRIBLE mobile service when they do nothing to try and help their customers!
