xfinity mobile data speeds are very slow

My xfinity mobile data download/upload speeds are very slow at my current address. There is no problem in my previous address. And the quality of phone call is bad. Sometimes someone over the phone cannot hear me

Did they resolve this issue? I switched to xfinity mobile and it is very slow I cannot navigate on internet at all only with my home wifi.
