xfinity mobile credit or debit

essentially every time i try to update my billing info either online or on the app, the credit or debit section where you put in your card info will not load for. i have been trying for days and now my xfinity mobile payment is late and i’m unsure on what to do

Hello @user_dmu850! Thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Forums. We value you as a customer and appreciate your diligence in trying to update your Xfinity Mobile billing information. Please know that the Xfinity Mobile app features and functionalities are now available for the Primary user on the account in the Xfinity app. The Xfinity Mobile app will be fully retired in the fall of 2023 (now).

 

Just to confirm, are you attempting to update your billing info via the Xfinity app or the Xfinity.com website?
