Xfinity mobile charging an account that I don’t have.

Xfinity mobile is charging me for an account that I don’t have. I have been charged $105 per month for an account that shouldn’t exist. I can’t get a hold of anyone at xfinity mobile and when I do they say they will help but I never hear back from them. These charges are ion a credit card and I’m paying interest on all four charges still!!!!! I need reimbursement plus damages from the interest charges. I also want the sales rep fired! I will reach out to executives on LinkedIn starting Tuesday if I don’t hear from anyone. And I will also cancel my cable internet with xfinity and end my relationship with Comcast forever!!! Btw this message was created on my iPhone on t-mobile, using a number I’m supposedly paying xfinity for. So messed up!

For these kind of problems I would advise going directly to an Xfinity Mobile store. Normally once you port a number the account is deactivated but if you have any device payments due you will get a lump sum bill to cover the costs and once paid you can request to have the device(s) unlocked. 

If you cannot resolve anything at the local store I suggest you file a report with the FTC and not rely on LinkIn since thats just a social media platform in disguise.
