Xfinity Mobile Charged me 200 dollars for 3 days of International data usage in Mexico. Absurd!

I spent 16 days in Mexico and somehow on the last three days I must have un hit my airplane mode and started using roaming data. Over those three days xfinity is charging me 200 dollars and It makes me so mad. I have spoken to a few people over the phone and chat and they seem to be of no help but take up 30 minutes of my time. Has anyone else had this experience and had it sorted to some degree? Makes me regret having Xfinity Mobile.

Hi there! This is definitely not the kind of experience we want our customers to have with us. We'll check on this right away and will do the best possible for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

-Click "Sign In" if necessary

-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Good Luck with this.  I have been trying to fight a very similar item.  I had International Pass for days of travel.  I got charged for under 3 minutes of data while in the air going over Vienna.  My Airplane mode also switched off for 3 minutes.  The charges are absolutely absurd and fraudulent.  Customer Service has wasted my life for hours, they keep asking the same questions and their replies are generic and don't apply.  I am so upset at their service in this matter I am looking to file a case with The Federal trade and consumer agencies.  Also, on my second fraud case with Discover.  They could easily see that the data was an issue.  If I did not have the plan I would of been charged a million dollars.  It was 3 minutes in the air where my phone switched from Airplane mode.  Over 500.00.    Their service has been horrible rectifying the matter.
