Xfinity Mobile billing statement PDFs missing, again

Yes, I know this a community forum, but am hoping one of the "experts" will weigh in.

This seems to be an ongoing issue with Xfinity Mobile. For a while, Xfinity Mobile billing statements could be downloaded as PDFs from a web browser. Now that functionality has disappeared, again.

Have reached out through chat to a customer support agent each month for the past several months, and while they have the ability to email the PDF, it is a painful experience because of the upselling that Xfinity is apparently telling customer service to do and the length of time to get through what should be a simple request. Yes, the PDFs are back in the mobile app, but there is no way to save or download them. I contacted the chat agent last Thursday, and they said I should receive the PDF in 24 hours. It is now almost a week later, and I have not received the PDF (and it's not in the spam folder either).

So... 1) When will the billing statements be available as PDFs and downloadable from a browser (the regular Xfinity statements don't have this issue btw), and 2) in the interim, how does one get a copy of the latest billing statement PDF without spending 20 - 25 minutes in chat for what should be a simple, straightforward request?

Thank you for reaching out! I found this article that will help you obtain PDF copies of your Xfinity Mobile billing statements. Where can I find my Xfinity Mobile account payments and bills?

I tested this out on my personal Xfinity Mobile account, and was able to obtain a PDF copy by following the steps outlined in the article.

@XfinityMartyR

Thank you. Magically, today the Xfinity Mobile billing stmt. PDF can be downloaded from a PC browser. I appreciate your response, but the article didn't contain any new information, at least for me. I had been downloading PDFs for months, before it just stopped working about 3 months ago. Just so you know - chat support had already told me, on two separate occasions, that it was a known issue and that IT was working on it. For others looking for information - you will need to go to Billing, Xfinity Mobile statement, then click on Statement History, then the current month, to get to the PDF.

Am posting this for anyone else who happens upon this thread:

If you try to download or save the PDF from the Xfinity app on iPhone, it still doesn't work as of 4/28/2025. You can view it, but it doesn't get saved or downloaded to your device. Seems to defeat one of the purposes of the app.

However, you can login to the Xfinity website from the Safari browser, navigate to Billing/Xfinity Mobile, and then "Statement history", click on the "download" link (little arrow pointing down) and then click the email icon at the bottom of your browser window and email it to yourself. A lot of extra steps. However, that is a workaround if the PC browser download is what you want and it isn't working again.

Glad to hear you were able to access the statements. We certainly appreciate you outlining what worked for you to access the statements through you web browser, and we will certainly forward this issue to our app team to be aware of. Was there anything else we could assist you with today?
