Xfinity Mobile - being overcharged

I have had Xfinity mobile since March of 2023 and have been getting overcharged for over a year and no one can fix the problem. 

I originally purchased a Galaxy s23 ultra but I didn't like it so I returned it for the Galaxy s23+. Xfinity Mobile support confirmed that they received back the s23 ultra and it would be removed from my account. Since then I have been getting charged for both devices and no one can fix it. I have called at least 10 times and been promised that the issue would be resolved.

I have been refunded part of the money that I am owed but I haven't received a refund for my overpayment for the past 6 months. I don't understand why it's so difficult to remove a device from my account that I do not own.

The last two times I have called I have been promised a refund and I never received my money. 

Xfinity owes me approximately $330 at this point. I originally switched to Xfinity from Verizon to save money but this has become a huge headache and has been more expensive.

I really need this issue to be permanently resolved because it's wasting my time and money.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
