Xfinity mobile activation and unlimited line not available for free

I wanted to activate mobile line but it was showing error. I contacted agent and he deactivated that line and was trying to order physical card but it didn’t worked. Now I am trying to add line again but the promo of 1 unlimited line as I am using 300mbps internet is not applying.
