Xfinity Mobile Account/Billing Page does not Recognize me as Primary Account Holder

Hello,

Recently ordered Xfinity Mobile service but I can't access the account/billing webpage. I successfully login but the page asks me whether I am the primary account holder (which I am). How can I access my account?

I was able to fix this by removing an old non-default linked account from my ID.

I had to log in using my comcast email address to solve this, but not sure why.  Somehow when signing up for Xfinity mobile I had also used a different username.

@blueman-2​ Unfortunately this did not resolve my issue. Still seeing the same.
