XFINITY MOBILE ACCOUNT WOES

I have had to order the Xfinity mobile services online via the Xfinity support chat as Xfinity has my address wrong. I explained to the agent that they have the WRONG NAME/ADDRESS on my account when I log in. They said no problem. Upon checking out they asked for me to review the order in which I could not see as it kept giving me the error code of  UI_ERROR_9999. The agent ended up sending it to the address listed on the Xfinity mobile account even though I expressed it was wrong. They said to reach out the fedex to rectify the shipping address but that does not seem right. I ned help!!! Need someone to adjust the shipping address of the order. Also while we were chatting the deal I was trying to get expired which is also messed up if I am in the middle of securing it with a LIVE AGENT how does it expire???? So blow after blow for this one.
