Xfinity Mobile Account Deactivated
I had an outstanding balance for Xfinity Mobile and I spoke to an Xfinity agent whom assured me that if I were to pay my outstanding balance that I would be eligible for Xfinity Mobile services once again.
I paid off my Xfinity Mobile balance and then attempted to purchase a phone and service and I was met with a message from Xfinity Mobile stating that my account was deactivated and cannot be reinstated. How can I reactivate my Xfinity Mobile service?
