Xfinity Mobile Account Access

For a month now, cannot access my Xfinity mobile account, data info, or billing. Spent over an hour on phone with customer service who promised me I'd receive an email telling me all was fixed within 24 hours....I'm still waiting. Can't access any information on my mobile account. What gives? Maybe time to switch to Verizon or TMobile?

Xfinity support was no assistance when I contacted them for over an hour. Have started looking for other mobile carriers.
