Xfinity Mobile $1,100 Promotion Not Honored – FCC Complaint Filed 👉 Este título:

I am reporting an issue with a $1,100 promotional offer that has not been honored.

I signed up for a promotion offering up to $1,100 off an iPhone with a required Premium Unlimited plan. This offer was clearly presented and later confirmed.

After completing the transaction and trading in my device, Xfinity failed to apply the full credit. Instead, they reduced the amount and claimed I was no longer eligible due to a plan change that I did not authorize.

When I requested proof of this alleged change, no logs or evidence were provided.

My billing statements clearly show that I continue to be charged monthly for the device, which contradicts the promotion.

I have already filed a complaint with the FCC (Case #8526564), the BBB, and the Florida Attorney General.

I am currently preparing to proceed with Small Claims Court if this is not resolved.

If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, I encourage you to document everything and file complaints.

This issue needs to be addressed.
